A unique side-project by Tossa De Bar, celebrating ecologically responsible and sustainable enjoyment of the health and beauty of Mediterrani life along the Costa Brava!

On the hot Summer nights you might see us at one of our awesome partner bars...but during the day we can always be found high up on a mountain trail, climbing the coastal cliffs, or out on the Sea in our kayak and diving around the rocks.

  

To symbolize our love for both land and water, we chose the perfect amphibian...the Frog...as our logo and official mascot, but of course with a little Tossa De Bar twist!

    

    

PROJECT GHOST DIVING COSTA BRAVA

We care about our Sea and beautiful coastal eco-system! For every Mar i Muntanya product we sell, we donate a portion of the profit to Tossa's Project Ghost Diving Costa Brava. 

This amazing organization is a non-profit volunteer group based out of Kraken Dive Center at Mar Menuda, that cleans up the discarded fishing nets and trash that is harming our Sea life and destroying the eco-system of our beautiful Mediteranian coastline
